At Lyme Bay Dentistry, we offer the highest quality service to our referring GDP’s, and more importantly the best possible care to their patients.

Our referral process is easy and straightforward, and GDP’s can be sure that their patients will be returned to them following excellent care and generally with an increased interest in their oral health and appearance.

Sedation is available for long or complex procedures or for nervous patients and is only carried out by a consultant anaesthetist.

 

How to refer

To refer a patient, simply complete a referral form Implant Referral Form and return it to us. We will then contact the patient to arrange an initial consultation, and will of course keep you informed of their progress and provide you with a copy of the patients treatment plan. Once the treatment is complete, the patient will be provided with a personalised care and maintenance plan, and then referred back to you.
