The goal of the practice is to take dental treatment in the Wessex region into the 21st Century - to set new standards in day to day care and to indoduce new techniques and technologies more usually associated with the best Harley Street practices - and certainly not normally found outside of major urban centres.

Lyme Bay Dentistry is set within a handsome Georgian 'gentleman's residence' towards the lower end of Broad Street and close to the sea. Medical equipment is state of the art, much of it computer controlled and some of it not before used in general practice in the UK. It is not the first time that the use of new technology has been pioneered at the practices of Dr Philip Bennett.
