"You will recall that I originally came to you with both upper and lower false teeth. I had tried very hard to get on with the false teeth but found that whatever I did I was unable to keep them secure for a whole day despite trying every fixative on the market. The final result of your work has, if anything exceeded my expectation in that my face has been filled out and the teeth look and, most important feel natural. Perhaps as important food tastes as it should instead of all seeming bland as with my "false teeth". I am truly delighted as I no longer have to worry about my dentures causing me embarrassment by becoming unstuck and embedded in a piece of food and so setting me the challenge of removing myself from the table with my mouth tightly closed until I could get to the loo and re glue them in!
